A curated half-day experience that brings together rural healthcare leaders and innovative digital health companies to listen, understand and assess solutions that improve access, strengthen communities, and advance care delivery. Held in conjunction with Digital Health Day, it creates meaningful connections to further positive health outcomes for communities. Through small-group conversations and one-on-one meetings, connect with the rural health providers and leaders driving the Rural Health Transformation Program in our region.
